I remember passing by 53 Benitez when we were going to Robinsons Magnolia Town Center a few weeks ago. I didn't know that it was indeed Rockwell who's developing that area along P.Tuazon if I'm not mistaken. I have 2 questions: (1) How much is the turnover price of the unit? (2) How much is the maintenance per square meter of the property? :)
