Whenever I see women my age with toned arms, I wish that mine would look like that, too. I miss the arms I had when I was in my 20s. Now that I'm in my 40s, I just stopped wearing sleeveless tops because I just want to hide my arms. It's not that I have big arms, it's just that they are devoid of muscles.
