That is why when I got an invitation to have a staycation with my entire family at Seda Nuvali on the weekend before Christmas, I quickly accepted. I knew I needed the quick break to shake off the stress and the grumpies.
Just look at our room in Seda Nuvali! Nakaka-tanggal stress, di ba? :) When I got the confirmation of our stay with them, I checked online how the rooms look like, I just knew this would be a perfect staycation!

We got to Seda Nuvali just in time for our 2 pm check-in.
We proceeded to the lobby where we were welcomed by the resort like atmosphere, complete with wooden chairs by Kenneth Cobonpue and a metal chair centerpiece by Ann Pamintuan.

We did not have to wait long to be checked in; but still, the kids found time to enjoy the iMacs on the e-Lounge located in the lobby. Complimentary WiFi connectivity is available in all guestrooms and public areas of the hotel.
Spotted! The Big Girl checking out her mommy's blog... she loves her own!
My family was given a quick tour of the property so we can thoroughly enjoy all of its facilities. Misto is the food outlet of Seda Nuvali which offers all-day dining.

The pool is situated right beside Misto, and guests can have the option of eating al fresco and enjoy the view. This option is perfect for parents who can have some light snacks while watching over their kids in the pool area.
Seda Nuvali is situated right beside a scenic man-made lake, which also features a running and biking trail alongside the perimeter of the lake.
Just right outside Misto are four Ann Pamintuan lounge chairs which are perfect for a chill afternoon with the family.
J quickly settled in one of the chairs...
The Children's Play Room is located right beside Misto, and is perfect for younger kids.
While the older kids can have some fun in the Game Room. It has 3 iMacs, a Wii console, Playstation, and Xbox. We took the kids here after dinner before we finally went up to our room.
On Sundays that the function rooms are not booked, the hotel lets GCF use it for their Sunday Service. We took advantage of this and attended the service while we were there.
Our rooms were located on the Executive Floor (9th floor), so both of our rooms had exclusive privileges at the Club Lounge.
The Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon high tea and early evening cocktails, and all day coffee and beverages for all Executive floors and Premier Room guests.
My bookworm quickly settled in and found a book to read.
The wide windows of the Club Lounge offers its guest a wonderful view of the serene Nuvali environment.
Afternoon refreshments are served from 2-4pm
We took the kids back to the Club Lounge for a pre-dinner snack for my always-hungry brood.... This time around, there was Chicken Pandan, Tempura and Spring Rolls
While the husband enjoyed a shot of whisky
After this short tour, my family's now ready to enjoy our room. The guest floors need to be accessed by a key card.
Seda Nuvali offers 150 guest rooms in a soothing color palette that blends harmoniously with the serene, resort-like setting. Guests can choose from Deluxe, Club, and Premier room categories. You can view room availability and prices here.

It also has a bar area and a well-stocked ref.
The room also comes with a safe, iron board, iron, and other usual
The bathroom is spacious and clean, and comes with a generous toiletry kit.
The kids quickly settled in their own Deluxe room.
