Vanity Beauty Bar and Patisserie

Some weeks back, I felt like I was so tired from mommy-chores and I needed to prioritize myself, it was perfect timing that Vanity Beauty Bar and Patisserie invited me to try out their services. Finding time to go to the spa is an occasional indulgence for all busy moms. And I am no different from that. I constantly find myself with some mom-duty that I feel needs to get done first that I push this “me-time” aside

But I know that a well-rested mom is a happy mom! So I confirmed my appointment as soon as I cleared out my afternoon agenda for that day! But, still, I couldn't resist multi-tasking... I multi-tasked pampering and having a one-on-one date with my daughter. My li'l girl loves it whenever we go to the nail salon together. So with enough hours to spend for a relaxing break, we headed to Vanity Beauty Bar and Patisserie.

There is a small cafe that greets you as soon as you enter the establishment.
The owners want this place to be the ultimate pampering haven, that they decided to offer everything related to beauty. Aside from being a nail salon, they also do hair styling and make-up, and waxing.
Here is Jade, one of the gorgeous owners, modeling Vanity Beauty Bar's ombre nail design. Her hair was also done by the Vanity hair stylist.
Although it would look like they have an open lay-out, there are two private rooms at the back. One room is for clients wanting a full-body massage. The other room for small group of friends that want some privacy.

The place is dimly lit, all the more conducive for an indulgent relaxation. The damask print on the walls are elegant. The couches are comfortable, and the white piping gives a stylish contrast to the black velvety cover.
The photo below shows one of the private rooms, which you can book for small spa-rties.

My li’l girl had her toes done(P300.00). She was excited when it was her turn to look for colors.  The nail polish selection are all imported, with brands like China Glaze, OPI, Orly.
She must’ve found the foot massage so soothing that she soon fell asleep. I was debating with myself whether to wake her up to let her enjoy her foot-spa experience; or to let her sleep on. I finally decided on letting her take a nap, but she woke up in a few minutes and continued to enjoy her experience.

While I went for their Vanity Signature Foot Spa (P700.00).The service includes a foot and leg massage, cleaning, moisturizing treatment, scrub, paraffin treatment and pedicure.
I appreciate that the nail technician asked for specific instructions, and she really followed them.  I have been to other nail salons, where they ask me for instructions on my preferred cuticle care, and when I tell them to just push back the cuticles, they still cut just the same when I am not looking.  Pet peeve! I do not really want to have my cuticles cut as it thickens, aand makes it hard to keep nails low-maintenance.  Which is a problem, given that I do not have time to go to the nail salon regularly for upkeep.

What's more, for an additional P100.00, you can upgrade to Chanel or MAC nail polish.

Great news for all of you!  They are now on Groupon offering a 50% discount on their services!  Hurry and catch that amazing offer!
